General Description
The Citizen Developer role is responsible for designing and developing automation solutions to improve process effectiveness and efficiency. This candidate will be hands:on from idea generation to the design, development, testing and implementation of the chosen solution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:
Evaluate processes to identify opportunities for automation; determine the impact of implementation of proposed solution based on cost savings, time reductions and required number of FTE's.
:
Identify and document, in collaboration with cross:functional teams, the functional requirements in support of process automation.
:
Conceptualize and develop process automation applications using the AutomationAnywhere and Microsoft Power Platform platforms.
:
Design, coordinate, conduct and document results of the solution validation tests.
:
Develop the technical documentation of the solutions created.
:
Provide maintenance to automation solutions implemented throughout the organization.
:
Develop the user manual for the automated solution; provide user training.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
Hands:on experience developing bots using AutomationAnywhere and use of project management tools are highly desirable.

Proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written

Experience with Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.
