Civil Engineer / Transportation Eit/Staff Engineer (Any T-O Engineers Location)

T-O Engineers is seeking a motivated Transportation Design or Planning Engineer In-Training with 2-4 years of experience. This position can be filled at any of our Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, or Utah offices, with direct reporting to one of our Regional Transportation Managers. T he ideal candidate will have experience with traffic operations and measures-of-effectiveness analyses, having supported transportation studies/plans, safety analyses, and design reports. An EI/EIT certificate is required. Experience with CAD with Civil 3D and/or Microstation with InRoads is desirable. Familiarity with AASHTO, MUTCD, ITE, and other planning and design support resources is desired. Strong computer and communication skills are a must. Some travel may be required.
