Job Description POSITION SUMMARY
Counts contents of BVA's Poker and Table Games boxes.

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for taking unaudited money out of all boxes. Responsible for running money through the Glory GSA 500 for count. Filling out paperwork for game boxes and completing the shift settlement sheets. Keying in information into the computer. Cleaning up of the soft count area. Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude. Have complete knowledge of events and promotional activities and facilities available to guest. Other duties as assigned. MISCELLANEOUS Ability to read, write, hear and speak clearly. Ability to handle and count money accurately. Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos. Ability to use a 10-key calculator. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures. QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must hold a valid gaming license by the state. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Standing 75% Walking 10% Bending/Lifting 10% (up to 15 lbs.) Pulling/Pushing 5% (up to 800 lbs. with help) Locked in a secured room. Casino environment exposed to bright lights, loud noises, varied temperatures. High rise hotel. Some time spent on casino floor.
