A boutique RIA firm in El Segundo, CA is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Client Service Associate or Senior Client Service Associate to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a private bank, RIA, or wire house, and will be adept at managing complex client relationships. This is a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days working from home. Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 / year DOE
Client Service Associate Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a Client Service Associate, ideally within a private bank, RIA, or wirehouse Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex financial accounts Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Schwab and Addapar is a plus Series 65 license required or willingness to obtain it Bachelor s degree preferred Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, professional, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Client Service Associate Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and communications, managing follow-up actions after account openings Handle all aspects of money movement, including executing account wires and trades, particularly in money market funds Manage client accounts, including openings for various entities such as LLCs and trusts Prepare and process subscription documents for private equity and direct investments Resolve client service issues, particularly technical issues with service providers Maintain and update client records, ensuring compliance and accurate filing Interface with the firm s custodian, Schwab, for account and transaction management Assist with compliance-related tasks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Execute trades and wires as directed, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Benefits: Competitive salary + discretionary bonus Unlimited PTO 401K plan with match Profit participation for employees Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Paid holidays Hybrid work schedule Laid back but professional work atmosphere The team values honesty, hard work, humor and the ability to thrive with minimal oversight
