Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions. Prepare reports as needed for management review. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and relay information to management for service improvement. Help identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction. Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks related to client service operations, such as updating client records, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Experience: No prior experience required.
