Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 / year DOE
Client Services Associate Requirements: Bachelor s degree, preferably with courses in Economics/Finance 2+ years of experience in wealth management Strong understanding of financial instruments such as stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, and dividends High attention to detail, especially in trading and order management Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, Word, and a trading order management system Internships within the industry are a plus Ability to work early morning hours to align with market opening times Energetic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks Client Services Associate Responsibilities: Provide exceptional client services and support, including handling client inquiries and maintaining a strong phone presence Assist in trading activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in order management and execution Create and update presentations, marketing materials, and due diligence questionnaires using PowerPoint and Excel Support administrative tasks to aid portfolio managers Maintain and update client databases Monitor trading systems for discrepancies and ensure all trades are accurate and timely Participate in the early morning trading activities when the market opens Update and manage internal databases and systems with client information and trading details Benefits: 100% healthcare coverage Dental insurance paid Free parking PTO Collaborative and supportive team Open communication and feedback culture Emphasis on professional growth and career advancement
