Client Services Coordinator Extendable Contract position
05 Months contract, Potential to convert to perm
El Segundo, CA (onsite) Overview:
Support brokers in a local office by coordinating the completion and submission of property data, preparing customized property information packages, and organizing meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities: Review marketing material specifications; liaise with marketing, analysis, and research groups. Prepare and produce customized property information packages for RFIs and RFPs. Coordinate complex meetings and conferences; manage appointments, calendars, and travel arrangements. Update and maintain information databases; generate standard and ad hoc reports; assist with website updates. Requirements: 1+ year of real estate experience; commercial real estate experience highly preferred. High School Diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; InDesign highly preferred. Attention to detail, analytic skills, and a positive attitude.
