Client Services Representative

Aurora Ripple Enterprises is a growing, privately owned Sales and Marketing company in the area, servicing over 5,000 customers nationwide. Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented individual to join our client services team! This is seasonal to a possible full-time position.If you are a team player and sports enthusiast this is the place for you- we thrive off of competition and the growth of our team members. Ultimately, we are looking for a friendly and driven individual that likes to venture out of their comfort zone and talk with our clients about our many products and services.Responsibilities: Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questionsHandling customer order related questions, inquiries, and complaintsRecommends products that will meet customers' needsPrepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer informationContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededMaintaining current knowledge of products offeredPerform all other related duties as assignedRequirements:Positive attitude and excellent communication skillsKnowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service.Product knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Resolving Conflict, Multi-taskingHigh school diploma or equivalentSupport company values and standards of integrityExcellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalismMust be able to function as part of a team as well as independently
