Overview: Join the Retirement Solution Center as a Retirement Solutions Representative, where you will provide exceptional service to our members, partners, plan sponsors, and investment professionals. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members regarding retirement plans, account maintenance, and system navigation. Understand and interpret various product suites, including current offerings and those no longer sold that require servicing. Maintain detailed records of conversations to enhance member relationships. Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations, Nationwide policies, and state/local laws. Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, benefits, and other plan-related inquiries. Analyze issues to determine appropriate actions and collaborate with internal partners to resolve escalated issues. Participate in monthly meetings with leadership to develop a career path strategy and set goals for success. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales-related occupations. Skills: Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes. Understanding of state and local laws regarding product features. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer and common office software. Ability to utilize technology to enhance customer interactions. Licenses/Certifications: Candidates must be able to pass a credit check. Upon hire, Nationwide will provide 120 days to complete and pass the SIE and Series 6 licenses, with costs covered by the company. FINRA Series 6 and/or 26 licenses are preferred.
Availability: Candidates must have open availability Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 11 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Work schedules will be randomly assigned after training, and we cannot consider candidates with schedule conflicts.
