Client Support Representative Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports. Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with clients' needs and objectives.
