What You Will Do:
As a Client Support Professional (CSP), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them with professionalism and care. This role is central to ensuring a smooth client experience, and your responsibilities will include:
Handling a high volume of incoming calls with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
Performing seamless warm transfers to connect callers to the appropriate team member.
Taking detailed and accurate messages, ensuring all information is captured for timely follow-up.
Updating and maintaining client contact information in our CRM (Litify) to keep records up to date.
Proactively identifying and resolving any caller concerns, aiming to exceed expectations in every interaction.

Qualifications:
Must be located in Puerto Rico (remote position).
Previous experience in customer service or a call center role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong attention to detail for accurate message taking and client information management.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs (experience with Litify is a plus).
