We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Director to be part of our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading organization in orthopedic physical therapy and wellness. Our Physical Therapists collaborate with our corporate product development team to explore innovative, cutting-edge techniques, ensuring we are at the forefront of the industry. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Clinic Director to oversee the operations of one of our locations.
Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
Develop and implement clinical procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and help patients achieve their health goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff.
Implement Physical Therapy programs.
Perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations.
Requirements: Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the California Board of Physical Therapy.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic, outpatient clinical setting.
Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Advanced Board Certification.
Understanding of insurance, billing, and collections protocols.
CPR Certification.
