The Clinical Assistant position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.We are seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Santa Monica Fertility, located in Santa Monica, CA. This is a full-time position, working fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, with required weekend and holiday rotations. RESPONSIBILITIES:Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.Preparing patient files by obtaining personal and health information.Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes.Performing minor diagnostic tests and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.Promoting patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.Mediating between patients and healthcare providers.Guiding patients through the clinic's various facilities and procedures.Setting up and stocking examination and procedure rooms.Sterilizing medical equipment and sanitizing designated areas.POSITION REQUIREMENTSMedical Assistant Certificate or Diploma from a California MA program, requiredMinimum two years medical/back office clinic experienceBilingual- Spanish speaking preferablyExperience with EMR systemsExcellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and with a team, multi-task, and prioritize workSocial perceptiveness and service-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficiency in MS OfficeMust have reliable transportationCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS$25.00-30.00 hourlyThe compensation range for this position is between $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
