Clinical Contract Assistant

Pay: $20-22/hour

Reviews and edits clinical research contracts for compliance with applicable company policy and well as applicable regulations; Analyzes and resolves technical problem of contract interpretation with customer; resolves conflict if necessary; negotiates contract terms and budgets with clinical sites under the supervision of the manager; obtains approvals necessary and routes for signature.

Qualifications
1+ year of relevant experience.
Experience with SAP is required.
