Responsibilities:
?? Provides appropriate patient nutritional care.? Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.? Provides nutrition education to patients/families.? Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.
Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience
Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement). One year healthcare experience desirable.
