Job Description Summary:
The Clinical Lead Respiratory Therapist will serve as a resource person for respiratory therapy staff within their department, unit or area to include coordination of clinical processes and activities, associate orientation and training, process and quality oversight, and integration into the staffing plan.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Pulmonary Lab: Must obtain CPFT/RPFT within 12 months of hire.
Neonatal: Must obtain NPS within 12 months of hire.
Adult Acute: Must obtain AE-C or ACCS within 12 months of hire.
Skilled with use of advanced practice technologies relative to position scope of practice.
