Seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to provide clinical expertise to ensure quality cost effective patient outcomes by supporting nursing practice, and optimization of system processes through innovation, evidence based practice and research for UH Geauga Medical Center
What You Will Do The Clinical Nurse Specialist is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. Qualifications: Education (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing (Required) Work Experience 1+ years (Preferred) Data analytics, metrics, and CMS experience (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Demonstrated leadership skills. (Required proficiency) Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships. (Required proficiency) Demonstrate entry level proficiency/ competency (Required proficiency) Must have computer skills to access patient medical data from UHHS mainframe. (Required proficiency) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
