With help from The Buckeye Ranch, they're empowered to overcome obstacles, tap into their resilience, and move forward toward healthy, fulfilling lives.The Buckeye Ranch is in need of a new IFSP Clinical Supervisor for the clinical and programmatic supervision of 4.5 new clinicians with primary responsibility for ensuring family centered, quality services, positive treatment outcomes, and satisfactory business results. This position will work together and support other supervisors. The IFSP Clinical Supervisor will actively participate in program development, strive to understand the rationale for any changes in expectations, and represent the management of the agency to subordinates.Schedule: Full-time, Exempt (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5pm)Location:Hybrid Work Model - some in office work required for training and support of team of clinicians as neededWhat you'll do:Provide Clinical supervision of Community-based clinicians and Mental Health Specialists scheduled at least biweekly for each individual.Conduct group supervision on a bi-weekly basis, and team meetings monthly.Approve treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and all progress notes in a timely manner with appropriate feedback.Provide support and corrective feedback to clinicians to promote positive client outcomes.Completes 6-month and annual performance reviews on time.Develops and maintains schedules that ensure appropriate staffing levels and work completion.Manages absenteeism and timeliness issues with staff according to policies.Understanding special issues regarding age and developmental disabilities, and gender identity/crisis, substance use, mental health conditions, and other needs typically presented by the service population.Knowledgeable in interventions for addressing the acute needs of victims of trauma.Ability to assess needs in crisis situations.Successfully manages overall and/or departmental budget. Meets annual budget.Advocates on behalf of clients and families with external agencies, within the family, and internally.Maintain licensing and professional credentials and currency of professional competency by participating in required continuing education offerings and through supervisory oversight.Assure documentation meets ODMH, COA, and Medicaid standards ODMH, and Medicaid standards.Assure appropriate documentation of clinical effort to allow for peer and supervisory input and meet reporting and communication needs of funding and referral sources.Provide direct clinical training to assure clinician competency of staff supervised.Who You Are:Master's Degree.You have 4 to 10 years related experience.You have an LISW REQUIRED: LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred.You are proficient with computer programs necessary to complete the above tasks including Profiler and Outlook.You have a valid driver's license and must keep insurance on their vehicle and driving record in accordance with policies.Our benefits:Benefit effective date: First of the month following 30 days of employment.Wonderful medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid Time Off (Three weeks within the first year)Company Paid Life InsuranceCompany Paid Short Term Disability401K + Employer ContributionNon-Profit Student Loan Forgiveness ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition AssistanceEmployee Referral ProgramApplicants are considered for all positions in accordance with statutes and regulations concerning nondiscrimination on the basis of race, ancestry, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, non-disqualifying disability, veteran status, or other protected classification.
