POSITION SUMMARYCatholic Charities of Southeast Michigan is seeking a master's level clinical therapist to work in our children and family outpatient mental health clinic in Royal Oak, Michigan. The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical care in the form of individual and/or family treatment. This position works as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes medical providers. Prepare assigned clients for discharge or transition through planning and linkage with services as indicated Conduct oneself in an ethical, mature and professional manner and treat clients, referral sources and coworkers with dignity and respect Complete documentation within agency guidelines and timeframes Attend regular supervisory sessions, in service trainings, all required staff meetings and psychiatric consultation as requiredPOSITION CLASSIFICATION, TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:Part time or a full-time position. Hybrid/office schedule offered. The core CCSEM business days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. This position requires two evenings per week to accommodate client scheduling requests
