As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be part of the Public Relation Organization supporting Communications. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, excellent communication and be self-motivated and proactive which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist Location: Foster City, CA Pay Range: $71.00 / hour What's the Job? • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster open communication and build trust with local residents, businesses, and organizations. Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, including user feedback and event participation. Use data insights to inform strategy and optimize community-building efforts. Develop educational materials and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of autonomous vehicle technology, safety protocols, and benefits to the community. Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and information sessions to engage with residents and gather input on CLIENT initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, product, and legal, to align community initiatives with company goals and priorities. What's Needed? 2+ years of experience in community engagement, public relations, or a related field, preferably in the technology or transportation industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and build consensus. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results. Passion for sustainable transportation and making a positive impact on communities. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, urban planning, or related field. What's in it for me?
