Community Manager In Person Aguadilla Pr

Manage facilities, ensuring timely rent/utilities payments, secure access, and cleanliness. Handle maintenance, outages, mail, and events. Submit monthly financial and inventory reports, liaise with Panorama Farm for payments. Maintain guest logs, update Salesforce, and refer business counseling needs via Asana. Act as the main contact for community members and support events. Update SOPs regularly. Assist program leaders with logistics, shipments, and inventory. Handle after-hours events, trash removal, AV setup, and respond to calls/messages, including during long weekends.
Requisitos:
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in facilities management or community engagement is a plus.
