Job Summary: As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will assist in creating and implementing strategies to build strong connections within the community. Key Responsibilities: Program Support: Assist in the development and execution of outreach programs and initiatives. Community Engagement: Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to foster positive relationships. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate outreach events, workshops, and activities to encourage community participation. Liaison Role: Serve as the primary connection between the organization and the community, effectively communicating our mission and goals. Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from community interactions to improve outreach strategies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure outreach aligns with organizational objectives. Qualifications: Passion for Community Engagement: A strong desire to make a difference. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to connect with diverse groups.
