General Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of compensation programs which support the company's effort to attract, motivate and retain talented employees.

Essential Job Accountabilities Support the administration of compensation programs by participating in salary surveys and conducting market analysis to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. Ensure job descriptions and titles accurately capture key duties and responsibilities for position evaluation, while maintaining job architecture and consistency throughout the company. Collaborate with HR and management to provide compensation data that empowers managers to make informed decisions on job offers and promotional increases, ensuring pay remains competitive and equitable Support the analysis and implementation of pay equity initiatives to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices. Support pay transparency initiatives, ensuring clear communication of compensation structures and providing training for managers and employees. Maintain the compensation analytics software for accurate reporting and perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, supporting the company's efforts to attract, motivate, and retain talented employees Ensure compensation initiatives are in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Education and/or Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 0-2 years experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent verbal and written skills Strong analytical, qualitative and problem solving skills Excellent consultative and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Ability to work independently but also a strong team player Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management Experience with HRIS and compensation analytics software Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Benefits may vary for positions located outside of the continental United States.

Base Salary Range:
$68,842.00 - $103,263.00
Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
