Your Mission: As our Compliance Officer, you will be the sentinel, ensuring that every facet of our business aligns seamlessly with Federal and State laws, professional standards, and internal excellence. Your canvas? Conducting meticulous audits of accounting, lending, and operations to elevate our compliance posture. But that's just the beginning.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must ensure that compliance suite of responsibilities as detailed by Senior Management is completed timely and kept up to date.
