PharmaRegs, Inc. partners with pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesale distributors to pursue and maintain their licenses across all US States and Territories. Located at Centro International de Mercadeo in Guaynabo, we are seeking a compliance professional with English fluency to join our Compliance Team. Working directly with and supporting the COO and in-house counsel, responsibilities will include the following:
Monitoring regulatory requirement changes related to industry-specific or location-specific laws.
Supporting the implementation of new regulations and changes to licensing requirements.
Communicating with state boards of pharmacy, departments of health and other government agencies, as needed.
Maintaining and updating information contained in our proprietary database system.
Preparing digital applications.
Designing and distributing surveys to gather data on various pharmaceutical industry topics. Analyze survey results to identify trends, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports.
Researching regulatory compliance issues across multiple sources for pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors.
Documenting, organizing and reporting on researched topics.
Collaborating with cross functional teams in sister-companies located in New York and Pennsylvania.
Performing other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals. This includes undertaking tasks that may not be explicitly listed in this job description but are necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of two years' experience with regulatory compliance
English fluency
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent judgment and professionalism
Team-oriented
Superior ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines.
Computer-savvy. Apple computer experience a plus, but not required
Motivated, self-starter who is looking to advance and grow with a company
Pharmaceutical experience a plus, but not required
The candidate will support PharmaRegs Inc. and sister companies - State License Servicing, Inc., ToVerify Inc. and State DPT Servicing Inc. This position will be on-site at our offices in Guaynabo. Advanced English, written and spoken, required.
