Job Description Concierge Medicine Patient Coordinator - Lake Forest - ( 79953 ) * **Position**: PSA, MA/PSA, or MA
* **Location:** Lake Forest
* **Full Time/Part Time**: Full Time
* **Hours**: Monday-Fridays
**Education** : High school diploma or equivalent required. **Experience** : One year of related experience is required; previous administrative experience working in a medical office is preferred; Insurance knowledge preferred **Skills:** Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute required * Provide concierge patients with excellent customer service.
* Answer phones, schedule appointment and assist patients with navigating Concierge medicine.
* Answer patient questions regarding concierge medicine
* Check-in, complete registration and collect co-payments
* Provide other administrative support to the physicians and practice
* Patient care coordination including rooming patient, taking vitals and assisting physicians as needed
