Role: Provide On-site CA services for the construction phase of the project. Coordinates all activities with Designer, Client, Consultants, Sub-consultants, contractor and city agencies. This role is a Work From Home to start and will transition at a later date into an office/studio in San Francisco, CA Strong understanding and experience in building construction and systems Understanding of Codes, contract documents, construction process, and the roles and responsibilities of each member of the project team Ability to participate in quality control reviews Ability to handle multiple projects and establish priorities Must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively and positively with all project team members Primary point of contact with Contractor, working in conjunction with the Project Manager/Architect, requiring the ability to maintain positive working relationships with project team and Owner BIM/Revit skills and multi-family residential and mixed-use experience Respond to and manage the Change Order, RFC and RFI process Keep team informed of any eminent changes, course corrections or other unexpected events You - Requirements: Strong background in Construction Administration and a minimum 8 years' architectural experience Experience with Type III or Type V over podium experience including multi-family and high density, with developer clients Licensed Architect in California Advanced skills in operating Revit, construction software Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Strong listening, oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills Advanced knowledge of practical application of architecture and technology principles relevant to the design and construction of the built environment Advanced knowledge of laws, codes, and government regulations Strong ability to manage teams, consultants, and processes Candidates with existing Work Authorization only Us: Rich benefits plan that includes medical, dental, vision, and FSA401(k) and financial planningProfessional Development including Architectural Licensure Support and ReimbursementContinuing Education opportunities, including regular Lunch & LearnsInternal Career Pathing and Mentoring Support9 paid holidays, paid sick and vacation time Equal Opportunity Employer
