Position Overview
Our company is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate estimates to our clients for commercial restoration and painting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration and painting, as well as strong estimation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to assess project needs and requirementsPrepare and submit accurate estimates to clientsCollaborate with project managers and teams to develop project plansMaintain accurate records of project costs and expensesCommunicate with clients to answer questions and address concernsEnsure that project timelines are met and budgets are adhered to
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial restoration, painting, or construction. Strong estimation skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work well in a team environment
