Construction Plumbing Estimator

Immediate opening for an experienced PLUMBING ESTIMATOR to join our team. This is a part time position. Must have plumbing construction experience in estimating both residential and commercial projects. Job Requirements:Experienced in new plumbing installations on commercial and residential projectsReliable, detail oriented, highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a timeMust have a thorough understanding of the plumbing industryDiscussions with suppliers, employer and other involved parties to review estimatesProvide material lists and cost breakdowns for projectsProvide equipment/fixture specification sheets and submittalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated to complete assigned tasks within allotted time frameAble to work well with others as well as independently, with little or no supervisionSuperb attention to detail and problem solving skillsCompensation:Offering $40-$45 per hour or by the job compensation
