Construction Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plansExecute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documentsSupervise the project procurement processMeeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines Qualifications 5+ years of experienceStrong organizational and project management skillsIndustry knowledge and ability to read blueprintsDetail-oriented and strong communication skills
