They are looking for someone with experience managing multiple residential projects. Able to lead a team, subcontractors and manage budgets.

What you need: The successful applicant will have the following:
5+ years of construction experience. The ability to efficiently coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time/schedule.Experience with frame to finish residential builds.Knowledge of safety protocols and best building practices.Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents.Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office.
