Construction Safety Officer

RiskOne HR Consulting is seeking for a
Construction Safety Officer
in Salinas area with the following responsibilities and requirements:
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide safety training to employees.
Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root of cause
Ten years of continuous construction or general industry safety experience.
Experience supervising or managing Construction Industry or General Industry Safety programs
Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineer (preferable)
OSHA Certification
Bilingual (English | Spanish)
