Job Description Responsibilities: Adhere to established safety standards Ensure all required documentation is properly filed Assist in the creation and management of project budgets for assigned projects Develop pre-construction RFP packages Support the facilitation of project meetings, milestone setting, and the preparation of monthly owner reports Establish job processes including RFIs, submittals, and pay applications, as well as approve pay applications and negotiate subcontract change orders Update project schedules, oversee project quality control, and manage overall project logistics Aid in the project closeout process Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business from an accredited university is required Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with experience at a commercial general contractor preferred Previous experience on commercial job sites is highly desirable; experience with healthcare construction projects is preferred. A strong passion for construction and the industry, with the ability to identify and seek high-quality work Proficiency in sector/project-specific software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edward Not for New York City Applicants.
