Construction Supervisor

RiskOne HR Consulting is looking for a
Contruction Supervisor
responsible for supervise assistant construction project managers, contractors and subcontractors. Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. To work in the metro area.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
Two to five years of experience in project management within construction.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Outreach Training.
Strong leadership and management skills
Responsibilities:
Determine and define scope of work and deliverables.
Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
Manages and provide direction over contractors and subcontractors to oversee their work.
Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
