Job ID#: 45456 Job Description and Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all recruitment-related matters.Ensure high-quality recruitment service delivery by managing and coordinating the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior recruitment consultants (if any), sharing best practices, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to offer strategic advice and maintain a competitive edge.Provide regular updates and detailed reports to clients on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations.Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and alignment with client requirements.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise in recruitment strategies, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2-3 years of significant focus on the Life Science industry.Experience working in international or multi-location recruitment is advantageous.About Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro stands as a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
