Consumer Media Manager

My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Consumer Media Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Mettawa, IL (HYBRID). Details for the position are as follows:
Contract role of 6 months, possible extensions. Pay range is $70-79/hr. Hybrid role - 2-3 days Onsite. Job Description: Team is responsible for planning, buying, stewardship, measurement of all Paid Media across AbbVie. (TV commercials, digital / print Ads, Social Media etc - specifically over Immunology franchise). Ensure all media strategies ladder up to and deliver on the brand business goals and objectives. Ensure media strategies are strong and push brands toward results. Ensure each plan has innovation, test & learn components. Push the envelope for ways to bring creativity and innovation to the media plans. Work with the media agency to translate media strategies into tactics. Manage and implement approved media plan ensuring flawless execution and all deadlines are met. Review vendor consideration set with the agencies. Ensure internal and agency teams are adhering to planning process, policies & procedures. Ensure all Media budgets are met and constantly monitored.Qualifications: Seeking someone that has Paid Media experience at a Media Agency. Pharma industry preferred, not required. Paid Media experience working across several aspects of media (TV/offline, digital, programmatic, social, etc.). Some Media Agencies mentionedSpark, OMD, Mindshare, Kelly Scott Madison, PHD, Initiative. Strictly Media Buying/Planning/Strategy experience within a Media Agency sought - Min. 5+ years' experience.
