In the role of Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting team with tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and financial report writing. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel will enable you to efficiently handle day-to-day accounting tasks. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will facilitate collaboration with team members and clients. Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and assist with general ledger reconciliation.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Support tax preparation and financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other premium accounting software as needed.
