Our Outpatient services specialize in treatment mental health and substance use disorders with treatment and skills groups, as well as community resources.
Outpatient programs provide trauma-informed care aimed at reducing the harmful impacts of substance use. Participants and their counselors work collaboratively to design an integrated, individualized, strengths-based treatment experience geared towards addressing each client's specific needs and goals. Outpatient programs provide individual and group therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, crisis intervention, and connection to social support services.

The Recovery Incentives Coordinator plays a crucial role in this program, embodying our mission of compassionate, inclusive, and accessible care. The Contingency Management Coordinator (Recovery Incentives) plays a vital role in our adult outpatient substance use disorder program. This position leads our innovative Contingency Management program, empowering clients on their recovery journey. The coordinator's responsibilities include conducting and tracking drug screenings, distributing rewards to celebrate client progress, and providing personalized support and motivation. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, the coordinator ensures the best outcomes for our clients. The role also involves offering individual and group counseling sessions to support overall recovery. Services may be provided in outpatient offices, residential treatment facilities, or in the field, based on client and program needs. We're seeking a compassionate, organized professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for motivating others. Key Responsibilities Direct Service Responsibilities:
Outreaches and follows up with clients and staff who are interested in Contingency Management, determines and communicates eligibility, and coordinates with other existing treatment providers.Provides education and training to staff and clients about Contingency Management and how it is being implemented at HR 360.Completes all necessary enrollment procedures and documentation for CM participants.Provides orientation and guidance to CM participants, and coordinates with treatment staff to ensure collaboration on CM services.Collects urine analysis samples and inputs results into the designated database.Ensures clients are seen according to the program schedule, and that visits are separated by at least 72 hours (e.g., Monday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday) to minimize the chance that drug metabolites from the same drug use episode will be detected in more than one UDT.Delivers incentives and/or supports the delivery of incentives as needed.Regularly meets with CM participants to discuss progress and goals.Collaborates with clients to work towards rehabilitation goals.Seeks clinical consultation throughout the treatment episode, especially when encountering new and/or high-risk clinical circumstances.Maintains frequent communication with the treatment teams, and engages in regular consults, clinical team and case conferences, and plan development meetings.Delivers services in outpatient, residential, or field depending on assignments and/or client need(s).Meets expected service hour performance expectations.Provides translation services as needed (if applicable).Clinical Documentation Responsibilities:
Writes and completes all progress notes within seventy-two hours of service delivery.Maintains compliance with due dates for all clinical documentation.Enters results of drug tests upon completion to ensure timely receipt of the incentive by the patient.Documentation must maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures, HIPAA, 42-CFR, DMH, and SAPC standards.Training, Supervision and Quality Improvement Responsibilities:
Actively participates in individual supervision.Actively participates in agency and team meetings.Participates in training opportunities.Communicates collaboratively with all members of the behavioral health team including: medical, mental health, psychiatry, substance use disorder, and other staff.Completes all assigned trainings and Relias trainings in a timely manner.Professionalism and Other Duties:
Arranges work schedule in accordance with the agency's needs.Attends regular staff meetings and other meetings as assigned.Reads emails daily and responds when appropriate.Works collaboratively with other members of the treatment team including the Case Manager, Clinical Therapist, Counselor, Substance Use Treatment Team, Medical provider(s), and Psychiatrist.Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentSUD Registered or Certified and in good standing with certifying agency in CAExperience:
Preferably a minimum of two years' experience in the human service fieldExperience working with clients experiencing problems with substance useKnowledge of and experience with providing trauma-informed serviceBackground Clearance Required:
Live scan clearance-VICTIG background checkMust not be on parole or probation for a minimum of two yearsKnowledge Required:
Knowledge of issues related to substance abuse, mental health, and criminal backgroundCulturally competent and able to work with a diverse populationStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook, and internet applicationsWe will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
