The successful candidate will be the primary resource for the development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations, and will work closely with various resources to ensure the standardization of WFM use. Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the timekeeping suite are essential.
Applicants for the WFM Integration Consultant position at the company should have a proven track record in working with WFM systems in a techno/functional capacity, including configuration, customization, and support. A Dell Boomi certification is required, and prior experience in integration between WFM and PeopleSoft is highly valued. The role also necessitates a strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, as well as excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The consultant will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, as part of a larger initiative to standardize WFM use, and must be adept at troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
