An expanding non-profit organization in the western suburbs of Chicago is in search of a Contract Recruiter to support the growth of their organization. This organization services healthcare organizations on a national scale.
The ideal candidate for this Contract Recruiter role will have at least three years of recruiting experience in the healthcare space, supporting corporate and technical roles! This is a full cycle recruiting position and will be hybrid in Oakbrook Terrace.
Contract Recruiter Responsibilities: Manage 10- 20 requisitions at a time Conduct phone screens, interviews, negotiate offers and everything in between Build rapport with various hiring managers to be able to learn more about the various requisitions and provide the best possible candidates Provide support in compliance and employment laws Contract Recruiter Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ year of recruiting experience Experience managing job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Zip Recruiter Prior experience working in a fast-paced organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Energetic, enthusiastic and driven for personal and company success
