We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our team and assist in recruiting efforts across all sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and attracting top talent. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization continues to grow with skilled and motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
Recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions at all of our locations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to screening to offer negotiation.
Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills and culture fit.
Utilize various channels to identify and engage potential candidates.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a relevant field
Recruiting experience
Strong computer proficiency
Experience utilizing an HRIS system, preferably Ulti-Pro
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
