Responsbilities Create and improve current process
Oversee project budgets, forecasts and financial planning
Monitor project costs and expeditures
Ensure accurate financial reporting for construction projects
Heavy coordination with project managers & other departments
Management & mentoring of Assistant Controllers and Project Accountants
Qualifications MUST have job costing experience 
Min 8 years of construction accounting experience
Exposure to subcontractors
