The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,100.00 to $168,200.00. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

We are looking for someone passionate about the Converse brand to lead the West District. As a District Manager you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, positive customer experience in multiple stores in order to deliver profitable sales growth. This will be accomplished by ensuring that the following roles and responsibilities are implemented consistently, with an underlying dedication to Converse Values, supporting our consumers and our associates.
Responsibilities:Be a Servant Leader - Serving in developing impactful performing teams.Lead – Empower your teams and reward good work.Attract, hire, develop, empower to retain top talent.Coach, mentor and improve the success of your teams.Drive your teams to success by aligning your resources and your people.Drive Operational Excellence:Communicate and drive clear action plansAnalyze Business, create action plans and gain consensus with managersLead profit and expensesDirect and lead all aspects of scheduling activitiesSupervise inventory activities & drive operational execution.Ensure all policies and procedures are being followedGrow the Converse Brand :Grow a district team that supports the Converse Strategic prioritiesLead and inspire changeOwn the implementation of Converse consumer programs and selling strategies & ensure consistent execution of visual standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience5 years of multi-store management experience5 years of Direct to Consumer retail experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to present and facilitateAbility to travel (auto, plane, etc.) 75% of the time, visit stores and attend district and corporate meetingsAvailability to work periodic weekends and eveningsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
