**This position requires the following qualifications:**
* Knowledgeable in Food Service Sanitation, required
* Food and Sanitation License required
* Responsible for initial quarterly, annual, and significant change assessments
* Detail oriented
* Ability to work well with others
* Ability to adjust and communicate effectively with others
