Coordinador/A De Transacciones (Bienes Raíces)

PMI Puerto Rico is looking for a skilled Transaction Coordinator to support our property management and real estate teams. This role is crucial in managing properties under contract, ensuring timely and smooth closings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in loan origination processes and will assist in credit analysis, sales, and rental analysis to keep transactions efficient and compliant. Proficiency in using a transaction management system to track data and follow up on transactions is essential.
Requisitos:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. / Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Bank Processor, or in a similar role in real estate or banking. / Solid understanding of loan origination processes, credit analysis, and transaction management systems.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple transactions effectively. / Team-oriented, with a focus on providing exceptional service and facilitating a collaborative work environment.
