How we LEAD:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sync Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Interscope Capitol Labels Group. This role is critical in providing administrative and team support, ensuring the smooth operation of our creative sync licensing activities across film, TV, trailers, TV promos and soundtracks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about music and the entertainment industry with a finger on the pulse of popular culture and entertainment.

How you'll CREATE: Administrative Support for Department Head: Assist the SVP, Head of Creative Sync Licensing, with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, managing expenses, and booking travel. Compile meeting agendas, prep materials, and take detailed notes. Consolidate team calendars, show calendars, and release schedules for the department head. Handle and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Team Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for the sync team, facilitating communication and coordination among team members. Maintain and update team documents and databases. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the development of strategic plans for artist placements in various media. Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and provide regular updates to the department head. Clearance and Licensing: Help track and manage licensing requests with Sync Clearance lead, ensuring timely responses and processing. Support in handling all film and TV licensing clearance requests for ICLG labels. Research and Strategy Support: Conduct research on sync opportunities for priority artists and catalogues. Assist in the development of strategic plans for artist placements in various media. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of digital marketing mailers using DISCO. Help maintain and update the team's digital marketing materials and assets. Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, showcases, and conferences related to sync licensing and the department's activities. Miscellaneous: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the sync team. Work with IT and operations teams on day-to-day department needs. Will be interfacing with label teams, managers and artists to represent the broader sync team and sync initiatives Bring your VIBE: Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of sync, marketing, and/or administrative experience. Must love music and be very passionate about it! Willingness to cover all shows. Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Senior Management and external partners. Strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills. Strong computer skills are a plus - proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Box, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, and DISCO. Ability to multitask and prioritize in high pressure and fast-paced environments. Ability to keep information highly confidential. Must be flexible and able to quickly adapt in the work environment.
