Corporate And Tax Associate

• Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations applicable to corporate clients.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on tax implications of business transactions and corporate structures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, deeds and other legal and notary documents with a focus on tax, business and corporate considerations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Represent clients in tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact clients' businesses.
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes
Requisitos:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Adminited to the bar and licensed to practice law.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Effective communication, writing, and negotiation skills (both in English & Spanish).
• Between 3-5 years of experience in tax, tax incentives, corporate law, contracts, civil law.
• Knowledgeable in accounting and experience with tax returns a plus.
• Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
