Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school, and be licensed to practice law in the United States. A minimum of 8 years of related experience, with at least 3-5 years in a law firm and/or corporate legal department, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiating and drafting commercial and real estate agreements, and experience in employment law and litigation is preferred.
