What You'll Do:
As the Corporate Treasury Manager you will responsible for processing the company's electronic payments, opening and closing bank accounts, reviewing bank statements, coordinating the reporting and forecasting of the company's daily cash position, administering the company's corporate credit card program and help with the management of the company's key banking relationships.

What You'll Own: Efficiently process electronic payments for the company, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement and receipt of funds. Review monthly bank analysis and merchant processing statements to ensure compliance with agreements. Collaborate with bank representatives to resolve payment issues, negotiate interest rates, establish new accounts and address bank charges. Administer the company's corporate credit card program and expense management platform (Concur). Troubleshoot treasury related issues with our external bank partners. Generate daily cash reports that consolidate cash positions across multiple banks leveraging the company's treasury workstation (Trovata). Prepare cash forecasts. Oversee the company's credit facility and track quarterly covenants. Utilize technology in a forward-thinking manner. Work alongside and in collaboration with the overarching accounting, operations, asset management, investment, project management, and property management teams. Assist with the ongoing management of the company's banking relationships serving as a key point of contact for such relationships. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Minimum of 5 years of accounting and/or finance experience At least 3 years of treasury accountant and/or banking experience Ability to communicate clearly and articulate complex ideas in a concise manner. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other accounting and property management software. Who You Are: A detail oriented individual.
