**What we're looking for**
1+ years of experience with troubleshooting, desk-side support, and/or systems and network administration Experience with Microsoft Office, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking knowledge Good communication skills, both written and orally Exposure using ticketing system, RMM tool or similar Bonus Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, backup solutions, storage solutions, servers.
